After purchasing this listing, we will contact you within 24 hours to gather some information regarding your physique, experience level, etc.
Once we have that information, Mike will put a custom one-time plan together for you.
You will receive a diet plan that tells you what macros to eat for each meal, and a food list that you can use to fulfill these macros and put your meals together.
We don't force you to eat a specific food for each meal of the day - you can choose from a list of approved foods.
All you need to do is use these foods to hit your macro targets. As long as you can do that, then you can use any food on the approved foods list that we give you.
